Our Services
CloudioHost provides Domain Registration, Domain Transfer, Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Reseller Hosting, Business Email, SSL Certificates, Website Development, ERP Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Development, API Integration, Cloud Solutions, IT Consulting, and other digital services.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activities performed under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for spam, phishing, malware distribution, hacking, denial-of-service attacks, copyright infringement, illegal content, cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting, or any activity that negatively affects our infrastructure.
Server Resources
Hosting accounts must use CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, and disk resources responsibly. Excessive usage that affects other customers may result in resource limitations or account suspension.
Backups
Although CloudioHost may provide backups, customers remain responsible for maintaining their own copies of important data.
Domain Services
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are subject to registry rules and are generally non-refundable once processed.
Development Services
Development work begins after payment confirmation. Ownership of completed custom software transfers after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Suspension
CloudioHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, abuse, security risks, fraud, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
CloudioHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service where permitted by law.
Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
