Refund Conditions
Refund requests must be submitted by the account owner within 30 days of purchase through our support system or client portal.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Abuse Policy
Accounts suspended or terminated for spam, phishing, malware, hacking, fraud, illegal activities, or violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
